ORDINANCE NO. 102728
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR
AND PURCHASE PARTS FOR ONE WHEEL AND AXLE FOR PETTIBONE
MILLIKAN FRONT -END LOADER FOR USE IN THE STREET DEPART-
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of Little Rock, Arkansas, is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and
purchase parts for one wheel and axle for Pettibone Millikan
Front -End Loader for use in the Street Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
