ORDINANCE NO. 10,725
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE 20 BUNKER COATS, 20
BUNKER PANTS AND 20 HELMETS FOR USE IN THE FIRE,
DEPARTMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for and purchase the following described for use in the
Fire Department:
20 Bunker Coats
20 Bunker Pants
20 Helmets
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in:
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
