AN ORDINANCE AUTHDRIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE FIFTY (50) STREET LIGHT FIXTURES FOR USE BY THE
ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SUCTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for,
and purchase fifty (50) street light fixtures for use by the Electric
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
