ORDINANCE NO. 10,720
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS A1,1ENDED, THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND.FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANTSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be,
and they are hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 3 -A Property at the southwest corner of West 22nd and Alain Streets;
being lots 4A (6), seven (7) and the north thirty -seven and one -half feet of
lot eight (g), block four hundred twentir -nine (429) of Duvall's Addition; from
"D" Apartment District to "Fn Commercial District.
Tract 3 -B Property at the southeast corner of 14th and State Streets;
being lots one (1), two (2) and three (3), block two hundred twenty of the
Original City of Little Rock; from "C" Two - family District to "F" Commercial
District.
Tract 3 -C Property at the northeast corner of Kirspel Avenue and East 10th
Street; being lot eleven (11) of block sixteen (16) of Industrial Park Addition;
from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract 3 -D Property at 905 Kirspel Avenue, being lot two (2) of block six-
teen (16) of Industrial Park Addition; from "B" Residence District to "H" Busi-
ness District.
Tract 3 -E Property at 3911 West 12th Street; being lot three (3) of block
three (3) of W. B. Worthen's Addition; from "B" Residence District to "F" Com-
mercial District,
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map"
be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
