AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING CERTAIN SIGNATURES ON ALL
MUNICIPAL WARRANTS AND PURCHASE VOUCHERS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance all Municipal Warrants and Purchase Vouchers shall
be signed by the City Manager.
SECTION 2. In the absence or disability of the City
Manager all Municipal Warrants and Purchase Vouchers shall
be signed by the Mayor.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after it's passage and
approval.
