AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
AND 74/100 ($780.74) DOLLARS TO PAY FOR TRANSFORMERS FOR
WAR MEMORIAL PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Seven
Hundred Eighty and 74/100 ($780.74) Dollars payable to Fagan, Electric
Company, Inc. for the purchase of transformers for -gar Memorial Park
pursuant to and as authorized by Ordinance #10672 passed October 28,
1557.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
