AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE ONE MOTORCYCLE T''E SCOOTER, WITH TRADE -IN OF ONE (1)
CUSHMAN EAGLE SCOOTER, AND ONE (1) TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE, FOR THE
USE OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Committee is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one motorcycle
type scooter, and to use as a trade -in One (1) Cushman Eagle Scooter,
and One (1) Triumph Motorcycle, for use of the Police Department.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
