AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUITS OF MON1''1'' FOR PAYMENTS
OF MATURING PRINCIPAL, CALLED PRINCIPAL, SIMI- ANNUAL INTEREST,
AND PAYING AGENTt S CHARGES DUE FEBRUARY 1, 1958 AND 11, ARCH 1,
1958 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Roc_ the sums of money as herein recited
for payment of the Cityts obligations on various bond issues due
February 1, 1958 and T %larch 1, 1958, as follows:

to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the

mittal of these _°unds to the proper paying agents to meet the due date.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall tale effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
