AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTIAG THE FINANCE
COMMITTEB OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
MATERIALS FOR REPAMING ROOFS OF BUILDINGS AT THE
ZOO, AND FOR OTHER. Famscs.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIMTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors is hereby
authorised and directed to advertise and take bids for and purchase materials
for repairing the roofs of the buildings at the Zoo.
SECTION 2. The cost of said materials shall not exceed six hundred
($600.00) dollars.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
