AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be,
and they are hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 2 -A Property in the vicinity of Mary and West 33rd Streets, being
all of block five (5), lots four (4) through eight (8) of block four (4), lots
thirteen (13) through eighteen (18) of block three (3), and lots one (1)
through four (4) of block six (6), all in Intercity Addition; from "B" Residence
District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract 2 -B Property at the southeast corner of 8th and Valmar Streets, being
lot twelve (12) of block two (2), Marshall and Coffman's Addition; from "B"
Residence District to "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, and the map,,- _referrod to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map"
be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
