ORDINANCE N0. 10,812
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN
DOLLARS AND SIXTY -FOUR CENTS ($116.64) PAYABLE TO MR.
HOWARD HERRING AS FULL COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT FOR DAMAGES
TO HIS AUTOMOBILE ARISING OUT OF A COLLISION WITH A VEHICLE
OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE 15th day OF MAY,
1958; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY WARRANT FOR THE SAID APPROPRIATION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of One
Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Sixty -Four Cents ($116.64) payable
to Mr. Howard Herring as full compromise and settlement for
damages to his automobile arising out of a collision with a
vehicle owned by the City of Little Rock on the 15th day Of
May, 1958.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
for the payment of uDneys appropriated in Section 1 hereinabove.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
