AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 10 -A Property at 2719 Broadway Street; being lot five
(5), block two (2), C. E. Ferguson Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; from "B" Residence District to "C" Two-
family District._,
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
