AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUTi OF SEVENTY -FIVE
DOLLARS ($75.00) PAYABLE TO MR. EDDIE H.AGEN AS FULL
COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT FOR DAMAGES TO HIS AUTO-
MOBILE ARISING OUT OF A COLLISION 1 -7ITH A VEHICLE
OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE 27th DAY
OF MAY, 1958; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE T1HE NECESSARY 14AI -F RtANT FOR THE
SAID APPROPRIATION; AND FOR OTHER FU °LPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD 0T DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Seventy-
Five Dollars ($75.00) payable to Eddie Ha -en as full compromise
and settlement fo_ damages to iris automobile arising out of a
collision with a veilicle owned by the City of Little Roth on
the 27th day of May, 1950.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
for the payment of :moneys appropriated in Section 1 hereinabove.
SECTION 3. x,11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby -repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
