OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE 2ND DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1957j; DIRECTING THE ,CITY 1.10AGER _`.ND DIRECTO ti
OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE THE.NEOESSARY WARRANT FOR THE
SAID APPROPRIATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Eighty-
Two Dollars and Fifty -One Cents ($82.51) payable to Miss glary
Dinger as full compromise and settlement for damages to her
automobile arising out of a collision with a vehicle owned
the City of Little 'ock on the 2nd day of October, 1957.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute t-ie necessary warrant
for the payment of moneys appropriated in Section 1 hereinabove.
SECTION 3. x^-.11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby -repealed and t'-iis ordinance shall Le
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
