AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIFTY -SEVEN DOLI -,RS AND TEN
CENTS ($57.10) PAY"IBLE TO WILKERSON DIESEL SEnVICE
FOR SALES TAX ON PAL0TS USED IN REPAIRING A D -6 CATER -
PILLAR TRACTOR USED BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT IN
GARBAGE DISPOSAL WORK AT THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL PLANT;
«ND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
RO CK ARICkNSA S :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Garbage
Plant Construction Fund the sum of Fifty -Seven Dollars and
Ten Cents ($57.10) payable to '10ilkerson Diesel Service for
sales tax on parts used in repairing a D -6 Caterpillar Tractor
used by the Sanitation Department in Garbage Disposal Work at
the Garbage Disposal Plant.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary
warrant for the payment of moneys appropriated in Section 1
hereinabove.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflictllerewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
s.all be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
