FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHI ERE' ,.S, the Judge of the Traffic Division of the Little ".ock
Municipal Court has suspended the fines of the following named
person and ordered the moneys collected from the said person
to be refunded,
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Roc's
desires to comply with. the said Order of the said Court,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE B021RD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROC , ARKZ,�NSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Forty
and No /100 Dollars ($40.00) as a refund of the traffic fines
collected payable to the named person in the amount shown
below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
for the payment of moneys appropriated in 'Section 1 herein.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
