S, Tom Hogg of 210 North -Pine Street on .Arrest Notice No. B -22974 by the Little Rock Police Department, dated : %pril 12, 1953, was charged with not having an Operator's License for operation of a motor scooter for which he paid a Forfeiture Bond in the amount of Five and No /100 Dollars ($5.00), and WHEREAS, the violation charge was in error in as much as said Tom Hogg was under 16 years of age and thus not required to obtain an Operator's License, and WHEREAS, the Toad desires to refund said Five and No /100 Dollars ($5.00) Forfeiture Bond, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORD`JNED DY THE 8 ?0' >RD OT,!' DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCT1, 11.0 2d \TSAS : SECTION 1. The sum of Five and No /100 Dollars ($5.00) is hereby appropriated as a refund to Tom Hogg of 210 North Pine Street of a Forfeiture Bond paid pursuant to charges of Traffic Violations Bureau Ticl.et No. . B- 22974, dated ..pril 12, 1950). SECTION 2. The City Manager and D__ecto-r of Finance are irerey authorized and directed to issue the _necessary warrant payable to said Tom Hogg as a refund of said Forfeiture fond. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts o ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
