AN ORDINANCE RECUSSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY_OF LITTLE ROCXq ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE.NO. 3426 AS AMMED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE.BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing property be and is hereby, changed as indicateds
Tract 13-A The northeast and southeast corners of
Wright Avenue and High Street, being lots twenty -seven (27)9
twenty -eight (28)1 twenty -nine (29), and thirty (30), block
forty (40), Fulk's Subdivision of Centennial Addition and
the west thirty (30) feet of lot one (1), all of lots two (2),
three (3), four (4), five (5) a&A six (6), block one (1),
Fleming and Bradford Addition; from "D" Apartment District
to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance;
Ordinance No. 3420 as amended, and the map referred to in
Section 2 thereof entitled "District flap" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section
1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
