AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby, changed as indicated.:
Tract No. 15 -A Generally being that area on the north side of West
Markham Street between 5402 West Markham Street and 5912 West Markham
Street, being lots 9, 109 11, 129 and the west 20 feet of 8 in block 109
lots 9 through 16, inclusive, block 11, all in Pfeifer's Addition; lots
10, 11, north 25 feet of 12, the north 25 feet of 13, all of 14 and 15,
block 1, lots 9, 109 11, north 25 feet of 12, the north 25 feet of 139
all of lots 14, 15, 16, block 2. Strong and Water's Addition; lots 14
through 23, inclusive, block 2, Orlando Heights Addition; from "D" Apart-
ment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 15 -B An area on the north side of West Markham Street be-
tween North Rose and North Walnut Street, being lots 7 through 12,.in-
elusive, block 8, Blankenship Subdivision; from "D" Apartment District
to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 15 -C The Northeast corner of West 12th and Bishop Streets;
being lots 5 and 6 and the south one -half of 4, block 409, Lincoln's
Addition; from "D" Apartment District and "C" Two - Family District to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 15 -D (A) An area bounded on the west by High Street,
on the east by Victory Street, on the south
between West 8th and West 7th Street; being
block 346, Original City, lots 1 through 6.
Subdivision; from "D" Apartment District to
Institutional District.
(B) An area bounded on the west by Woodlan,
by the center of the block

Tract No. 15 -E The southeast corner of West 12th and Cedar St.,
being lots 4, 5, and 6, block 3, W.B. Worthen's Addition; from "B"
Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 15 -F The southwest corner of East Roosevelt Road and
Geyer Street; being all that part of lot 4 which lies south of East
Roosevelt Road as now located, located wholly within the NE4f NEj,
Section 14, T -qI -Nj R -12 -W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas Watkin's Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; from "B" Residence District
to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in'force
from and after its passage and approval.
