AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing property be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 1 -A 1101 Scott Street, being lot oneltl }, block
twenty - three, Original City; from "E" Apartment District to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract 1 -B Between 7th and 8th Streets on the west
side of Cumberland; being lots seven (7) through twelve (12),
inclusive, block twenty -seven (27)9 Original City; from "E"
Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and. Institutional
District.
Tract 1 -C Northeast corner of Summit Street and Roosevelt
Road; being lots five (5) and six (6), block ten (10),
McCarthy's Addition; from "F" Commercial District to "C" Two-
family District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordi-
nance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section
2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provid.ed.for'in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
