AN ORDINANCE CREATING A REVOLVING FUND FOR THE PAYMENT
OF TRAFFIC FINES WHICH HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED AND ORDERED
REFUNDED BY THE JUDGE OF THE TRAFFIC DIVISION OF THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL COURT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE
THE NECESSARY WARRANTS THEREFOR; APPROPRIATING THE
SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) TO THE SAID RE-
VOLVING FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Traffic Fine Revolving
Fund.. All Traffic Fines ordered refunded by the Judge of the
Traffic Division of the Little Rock Municipal Court shall be paid
from this fund.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrants
to effect the refund of traffic fines collected when they have
received from the Judge of the Traffic Division of the Little
Rock Municipal Court an order in writing commanding that moneys
collected as traffic fines from named individuals be refunded.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated to the Traffic
Fine Revolving Fund, created in Section 1 hereinabove, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
