AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.b.6. OF ORDINANCE NO. 102881
SAME BEING:
"'AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A POSITION CLASSIFICATION FOUR
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR THE
ADMINISTRATION THEREOF; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES."';
BY RECLASSIFYING THE PURCHASING ASSISTANT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1.b.6 of Ordinance No. 10,381, same being:
"An ordinance adopting a position classfication for the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; providing for the administration thereof;
declaring an emergency; and for other purposes. ", is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1. Clerical, Fiscal, and Administrative

SECTION 2. It has been determined that certain changes in the
Position Classification Plan for the City of Little Rock should be
made in order to facilitate the proper and efficient management of
the Purchasing Department of the City and that this Ordinance will
provide therefor; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of
public peace, health and safety shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval; and all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
