SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9794 is hereby a-
mer.ded to read as follows:
''SECTION 1. Teat Dr. T R. L- �lstadt, whose tern expires
on March 31, 1;'55, be reappointed Civil Service Commissioner
of the Little .oc;:: Civil Service Co�iva scion, for a term of
Six (6) years beginning april 1, 1955, and ending Parch 31,
1961.;.
SECTION L. `ill ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
