AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AME-'NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are
hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 7 -A 415 East 9th Street, being the west sixty -six (66) feet of lots ten
(10), eleven (11) and twelve (12), block fifty -nine (59), Original City; from "D"
Apartment District to "G" Commercial District.
Tract No. 7 -B 202 Barton Street, being lot two (2), block seven (7), Capitol View
Addition to the City of Little Rock; from "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 7 -C Northeast corner of Woodlane and West Capital, being the west one-
half (1/2) of lot thirteen (13), all of fourteen (14) and fifteen (15), block three-
hundred forty -three (343), Original City; from "D" Apartment District to 11E-1" Quiet
Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 7 -D Southeast corner of North Chester and North Street, being lot six (6),
W. B. Worthenis Subdivision of block three - hundred fifty -two (352) of the Original City;
from "D" Apartment District to "E-1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 7 -E General vicinity East of Confederate Boulevard and Geyer Street,
south of East 15th Street and East 17th Street, north of Fourche Bayou and west of the
airport, being all of lots one (1), three (3) and four (4), block 7; all of blocks eight
(8), nine (9), and ten (10); lots one (1) and two (2), block fifteen (15); and lots one (1)
and two (2), block sixteen (16), all in Watkins Addition. All of block one (1), Watkins
Addition (also subdivided as National Park Subdivision,) lot one (1), block two (2) of
said Watkins Addition. All of the NE-4 of lot two (2) and the east sixty -five (65) feet
of the N19-4 of lot two (2), block two (2) of said Watkins Addition. All of the west one-
half (1/2) NW; , the NE4 NW-,,, and the N2 Nz S4 of NW4, the S' NWt NE4, S- N2 NW-4' NE4, NW-4',

T -1 -N, R -12 -W. A tract of land located in Section 13, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more particularly

R -12 -W, thence east to the east right -of -way line of Frazier Pike, thence north in a

northwesterly direction along said right -of -way line to a point 3501 north of the south-
east corner of the west one -half (1/2) of the S-4, thence south to the point of beginning."
The west 350 feet of the N4 of SW4 of Section 12, T -1 -N, R -12 -W. The south one -half 41/2)

the east one -half (1/2) of the SEA of SEq located in Section 11, T -1 -N, R -12 -W. All of
the west 494 feet of the SWq SW4 N6F of Section 12, all of blocks sixteen J16) and seven-
teen (17), Manufacturerts Addition to the City of Little Rock, all of block One 49)j and
block sixteen (16); lots seven (7) through twelve (12) inclusive,-block ten (10); and
lots A through D inclusive, block fifteen (15); all in Dodge Addition to the City of
Little Rock, from "K" Heavy Industrial District, "J" Light Industrial District, "B"
Residence District, "A" One- family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and approval.
