ORDINANCE NO.14 s 942
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAIN.D BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LIT`1'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract Nc. 8 -A All that property between Broadway and Spring, West 24th
and West 25th Streets; being all of blcck three (3), E. W. Gibb's Addition
and all of block twenty -six (26), Fulton's South Addition to the City of
Little Rock.
Tract No. 8 -B 706 Pierce Street, being lots thirteen (13) and four-
teen (14), block eleven (11), Lincoln Park Addition, from "K" Heavy In-
dustrial District to "B" Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance Nc. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereon entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to eiiect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take en"ect and be in full. force
from and after its passage and approval.
