ORDINANCE NO. 10, 947
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and is
hereby changed as indicated:
Tract No. 9-A Northwest corner of 12th and Maple Streets, being lots ten (10),
eleven (11), and twelve (12), block sixteen (16), Forest Hill Addition; from "B" Resi-
once District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 9 -B 1420- 1422 West 4th Street, being lots sixteen (16) and seventeen (17),
block three hundred forty -two (31,.2), Barton:s Subdivision; from "D" Apartment District
to "E-1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 9 -C Southwest corner of Harrison and Kavanaugh Streets, being Dunaway
and Fowlerzs Replat of lots twelve (12) and thirteen (13), Englewood Addition; from "D"
Apartment District to "E-1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 9 -D Southeast corner of Hayes and Lee Streets, being the north one
hundred thirty -eight (138) feet of the west one hundred sixty (160) feet of block
sixteen (16), Howard Adam=s Addition; from "D" Apartment District to "E-1" Quiet
Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rook Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
