ORDINANCE NO. 102951
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EKPLO'YMENT OF MR. E. B. WARD
AS DIRECTOR OF CIVIL DEFENSE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
PROVIDING A MONTHLY SALARY OF FINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00)
AND APPROPRIATING THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00).THEREFOR;
AND FOR OTHER.PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Mr. E. B. Ward, having been nominated by the
City Manager, is hereby employed as Director of Civil Defense for the
City of Little Rock at a monthly salary of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00).
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Three
Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) in payment of the sum set out in
Section 1 hereof for the remainder of the year 1959.
:SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, and all ordinances and
Parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
