ASSIGNED BY ORDINANCE NO. 10,921; CREATING ADDITIONAL PROJECTS

La WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to appropriate additional
� sums of money from the 1958.Bond Construction Funds to projects

previously created by Ordinance No. 10,921; and
.� WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to designate additional

ra NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

aci CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1958 Bond Con-
struction Funds, in addition to those previously appropriated by
Ordinance No. 10,921, the following separate sums of money to the
particular project set opposite the said sums:
C. FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND Appropriation
Project 9. Fire Station at 9th & Sherman $22,000.00
10. Fire Station at Meadowcliff $15,000.00
D. PARK & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND
Project 14. Construction of Tennis Courts $15,000.00
20. Park Road Construction $25,000.00
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1958 Bond Issue
Construction Funds the following separate sums of money to the parti-
cular project set opposite said sums as follows:
D. PARK & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND Appropriation
Project 28. Community Center- War Memorial Park $60,000.00
31. Little League diamond at Livestock
Show Area $ 5,000.00
32. Pavilion in Boyle Park $ 2,500.00
33. Construction of Fine Arts Museum $75,000.00
34. Dunbar Rec. Center- Purchase of Property $303,000.00
35. Construction of Wading Pools $152000.00
SECTION 3. The appropriations as provided for in Section 1 and
Section 2 above are made to cover any and all expenses in connection
with the projects identified including, but not limited to, labor,
materials and services such as may be from time to time authorized by

the Board of Directors.
SECTION 4. The need for capital improvements within the City of
Little Rock creates a condition detrimental to the health, welfare
and safety of the citizens of said City and by being able to expend
the funds hereinabove appropriated at the earliest possible time such
condition can be appreciably relieved; now therefore, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the
preservation of public peace, health and safety shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval; and all ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
