AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Tract No, 11 -A 1314 Cantrell Road; being lots five (5) and six (6),
block seven (7), West Rock Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
