AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
SAID ORDINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract No. 10 -A 2500 East Roosevelt Road; being part of NEB, Section
13, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, described as :
beginning at a point which is the intersection of the south
line of East Roosevelt Road (East 26th Street) and north and
south center line of NEk said Section 13; thence westerly
along south line of said road 328.8 feet; thence southerly
at right angles of 350 feet; thence easterly at right angles
and parallel to south line of said road 245 feet; thence
northeasterly at right angles 135 degrees 10 minutes 333 feet;
thence northwesterly 189.51 feet more or less to beginning,
containing 3.03 acres, more or less;
from "I" Light Industrial District to "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 of the City of Little Rock as
amended, same being known as the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, and the
map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
