AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 10 -B 1501 East 17th Street; being lots twenty-
one (21), twenty -two (22), and twenty -eight (28), Manufacturer's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, and the east eighty -seven
(87) feet of the north one thousand three hundred seventeen
(1,317) feet of the SE 1/4 of Section Eleven (11), Township One
North, Range Twelve West, Pulaski County Arkansas, from "I"
Light Industrial District to "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordi-
nance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section
2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
