AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED: THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract No. 12 -B
East side of University Avenue between Woodlawn.
and "F11 Streets, being lots one (1) through ten (10) inclusive, block
twenty -four (24), Lin.coln Park Addition; from "A" One- family District
to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 12 -C Southeast corner of West 33rd Street and Mabelvale
Road being lots one (1), two (2), three (3) and four (4), nine (9),
ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12), block eight (8), Intercity
Addition; from 1rD1t Apartment District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 12 -D 1801, 1802, 1807, 1804, 1900, 1902 Roosevelt
Street; being lots seven (7) and eight (8), block six (6); lots four (!�)
and five (5) , block five (5) ; lots five (5) and six (6). block four (4)
all in Forest Park Addition; from "A" One- family District to i1C" Two -
family District.
Tract No. 12 -E Southwest corner of Sherman and Roosevelt Road,
being lots seven (7) and eight (8), block three (3); Pettifer Addition.;
from 11B11 Residence District to t1F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section. 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
