AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 DOLLARS
($500.00) TO THE TRAFFIC FINE REVOLVING FUND CREATED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 10,906; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, by Ordinance No. 10,906
created a Traffic Fine Revolving Fund for the payment of traffic
fines which have been suspended and ordered refunded by the Judge
of the Traffic Division of the Little. Rock Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, said fund has been depleted necessitating an addi-
tional appropriation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated to the Traffic Fine
Revolving Fund, created by Ordinance No. 10,906, Five Hundred and
No /loo Dollars ($500.00),
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
