HomeMy WebLinkAbout10990ORDINANCE NO. 10t990 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 A (1) AND (7) AND 21 B (5) AND 21 C (7) b OF ORDINANCE NO. 1013323 SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR TIE YEAR 1959, BY PROVIDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL 1,1ILK S1- UTITARIAN IN THE MILS: AND DAIRY DEPARTMENT AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AUTOMOBILE FOR THE USE OF SAID SANITARIAN; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Section 21 A (1) and (7) of Ordinance No. 10,882, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for 1959, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 21. MILK & DAIRY A. Summary EXPENSES (1) Salaries (7) Capital Outlay - ESTIMATED PROPOSED ALLOWED BY 1958 19 j 9 BOARD $35,612 $37,704 $37,704 Equip. $4,740 $ -6,020 $ 6,0201` SECTION 2. Section 21 B (5) of Ordinance No. 10,382 is hereby- amended to read as follows: "SECTION 21. MILK & DAIRY B.DETAIL OF SALARIES Rate Per 1vio . No. Pro- Proposed Allowed by Emp. Section 21 C (7) b of Ordinance 'No. 10,832 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 21. MILK & DAIRY C. DETAIL OF EXPENSES (7) CAPITAL OUTLAY - EQUIPMENT Estimated 1958 b. Motor Vehicles (2 Autos - Trade in '56 & '57 Coupes) $2,340 (1 Auto - No Trade) - - - -- Allowed Proposed 1959 by Board $2,500 $2,500 $22200 $2,200" SECTION 4. It has been determined that an additional Milk Sanitarian is needed in the iilk. & Dairy Department of the City of Little Rock in C -� • � w i . 1 -2- order to provide for the proper and efficient management of the Milk Dairy- Department of the City of Little lock and that an additional automobile is needed for his use in order that he may properly perform his duties and that this ordinance will correct the said condition; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordi- nance being necessary for the preservation of public peace, health and safety shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval; and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
