AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1.5 -A 116 Barton Street, being lot five (5) , block two
(2), Capitol View Addition, from "B" Residence District to "C" Two-
family District.
Tract No. 15-B Northeast corner of Brown and 23rd Streets, being
lot three (3), block one (1), Gallagher's Addition No. 3, from "B"
Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No _15-0 1010 Battery Street, being the east one hundred
(100) feet of lot ten (10) , block fourteen (14) , Marshall and Wolfe
Addition, from "C" Two- family,Distriet to "H" Business District.
Tract No. 15 -D 1500 Scott Street, being lot twelve (12), block
sixteen (16), Original City, from "E" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet
Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
