ORDINANCE NO. 11,013
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 17 -A Northwest corner of Johnson Street and West Capitol
Avenue, being lots eleven (11) and twelve (12), block six (6),
C. S. Stifft's Addition, from "B" Residence District to "C" Two-
family District.
Tract No. 17 -B 5320 - 5316 Kavanaugh, being lots eight (8) and nine
(9), block twenty -four (24), Newton's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District to "C" Two- family
District.
Tract No. 17 -C Northeast corner of East Roosevelt Road and Third
Bridge Expressway more particularly described as follows: Starting
at the northeast corner of the intersection of East Roosevelt Road
and Bragg Street, run thence east along the north line of East Roose-
velt Road a distance of 85 feet for a point of beginning; thence north
64 degrees 2 minutes west a distance of 54.59 feet; thence north
28 degrees 50 minutes east to a point on the line which is the right-
of-way centerline of what was formerly platted as East 25th Street;
thence east along said centerline to the west right -of -way line of
Vance Street; thence south along the west right -of -way line of Vance
Street a distance of 25 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 12, Block
41, Bragg's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence west
along the north line of said Lot 12 to the northwest corner of said
Lot 12; thence south along the west lines of Lots 12, 11, 10 and 9,
Block 41, Bragg's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock to the
north right -of -way line of East Roosevelt Road; thence west 20 feet;
thence south 4 feet; thence west to point of beginning; zoned "B"
Residence to "I" Light Industrial District.

Tract No. 17 -D Southeast corner of Fourth and Valentine Streets being
lots five (5) and six (6), Block seven (7), Beach's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "C"
Two - family District.
Tract ° -No. 17 -E 4417 West Twelfth Street being the west thirteen and
one -half (13j) feet of lot four (4) and all of lot five (5), Block
three (3), S. J. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, lying wholly within the west one -half of the northwest one - fourth,
Section 8, Township 1, North, Range 12, west in Pulaski County. from
"D" Apartment District to "F ";Commercial District.
Tract No, 17 -F Southeast corner of West Tenth and High Streets being
lots one (1), two (2) and three (3), Block four - hundred and five (4 05),
Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"D" Apartment District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 17 -G 1010 Battery Street being the south four (4) feet of
the east one - hundred (100) feet of lot eleven (11), Block fourteen
(14), Marshall and Wolfe Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "C" Two- family District to "H" Business District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance; Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
