AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE ANIMAL SHELTER COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK CREATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9416 BY
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9416; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has no further need
for an Animal Shelter Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock desires
to abolish same;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Animal Shelter Commission of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, created by Ordinance No. 9416 is hereby abolished.
SECTION 2. Ordinance Igo. 9416 and all other ordinances and parts-
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
