AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1 -A - SE corner of Watt Street and Highway No. 10, being a
fractional portion of lots seven (7) and eight (8), south of Highway No. 10,
and lots nine (9) and ten (10), all in block fourteen (14), Bellevuets
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One-family District
to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 1 -B - 316 East 6th Street being the west fifteen (15) feet of
the east one - hundred twenty (120) feet of lot seven (7) and the W. 15 feet
of the east one - hundred twenty (120) feet of the south ten (10) feet of
lot eight (8), block forty (40), Original City, from "D" Apartment District
to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 1 -C - NW corner of Sherman and 27th Streets, described as lots
seven (7) and eight (8), block four (4), Petiferts Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial
District.
Tract No. 1 -D - NE corner of University Avenue and '! -C" Street, being
described as beginning at the SW corner of lot sixteen (16) of the
subdivision of the west one -half, northwest one - quarter, Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, also known as R. D. Plunkett and Howard
Adam's Subdivision of the west one -half, northwest one - quarter, Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, thence north 159.6 feet, thence east
150 feet, thence north 59 feet, thence east ,50.6 feet, thence south 219.6
feet to the south line of lot sixteen (16), thence east 211 feet to the
point of beginning, from "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet Business
and Institutional District.
Tract No. 1 -E - 3123 Main Street being lot seven (7), block one (1);
3115 Louisiana Street being lot twenty -two (22), block two (2); 3216
Louisiana Street being lot eleven (11), block three (3), all in Robinsonts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District
to "C" Two- family District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District

Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
