AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTILS IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK* ARKANSAS* AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 10 That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 3 -A - Area rezoning.
Lincoln Avenue between the 1200 block and the 1700 Mocks that
property located along Riverside Avenue and that property located
along the north side of North Street between the 1200 block and the
1500 block more particularly described as follows:
All of block 25 and the north one half of block 22* Stillman'
and'Bhchnants Addition to the City of Little Rocks Arkansass from
"K" Heavy Industrial District to "D" Apartment District.
The south one half of block 22s Stillman and Buchnants Addition
to the City of Little Rocks Arkansas* from "K" Heavy Industrial
District to "I" Light Industrial District,
Lots 22 through 27 inclusives block 23* Riverside Park Addition
to the City of Little Rocks Arkansas* from "K" Heavy Industrial
District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District*
Lots 1 through 69 block 361* Morloy`ss Subdivision* from "D"
Apartment District and "K" Heavy Industrial District to "E -1"
Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Lot 2 and the east 35 feet of 3 and all of lot is block 360*
Stephen Dorsey Block* from "F" Commercial District and "D" Apartment
District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Insitutional District,
Lots 4 through 10 inclusive* block 360* Stephen Dorsey Block*
from "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional
District.
Lots 7 through 12 inclusives block 361* Morleyts Subdivision*
from "K" Heavy Industrial District to "I" Light Industrial District.

Lots 1s 2s and 3, block 3599 Week's Subdivisions from "D" Apart-
merit District to "S -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
The west one half of lot 4 and lots 19 2$ and 39 block 3599
Week's Subdivisions from "D" Apartment District And "K" Heavy
Industrial District to "B -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Lots 8 through 14 inclusive! block 3590 Week's Subdivisions
from "K" $eavy Industrial District to "I" Light Industrial District.
All that part of block 3589 Allen & Marquandts Addition to the
City of Little Rocks Arkansas* lying north of the north right -of -way
line of Cantrell Road except that part of the Missouri- Pacific Rail-
road right -of -way, from "K" Heavy Industrial District to "F" Commer-
cial District.
That part of block 3589 Allen & Marquandts Addition to the
City of Little Rocks Arkansas* more particularly described as begin-
ning at the intersection of the south right -of -way line of Cantrell
Road and tke northwest line of the Missouri- Pacifio Railroad right-
of -ways thence northwesterly along the south line of Cantrell Road
to the west line of block 3589 thence south along the west line of
said block to the south line of lot 29 thence east along the south
line of lot 2 extended to the northwest line of the Missouri-
Pacific Railroad right -of -ways thence northeasterly along said
right -of -way line to the point of beginnings from "K" Heavy Indus-
trial District to "F" Commercial District.
A part of block 3589 Allen & Marquandts Subdivisions south of
the alley south of Cantrell Road and west of the northwest line of
the Missouri - Pacific Railroad right -of -way line from "K" Heavy
Industrial District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"Distilct Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changed provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
