N0. 609 OF LITTLI. ROCK, ARKANSAS, CAUSED BY THE
RiSIGNA: IONS OF MR. HAROLD DUNCAN AND MR. WALTER
P. LAIC .
WHEREAS, it appears that Harold Duncan and Walter P. Lamb, heretofore
appointed as Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 609 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have subsequently resigned, causing two
vacancies on the Board of Commissioners of said Street Improvement District
No. 609.
NOW, TH17R FORE, BE IT ORDAIFED BY TH -- BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTL1 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
S:C`TION 1. That Douglas L. Cagle, 5509 B Street, Little Rock, Arkansas,
be and he is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of Stre+t Improvement District
No. 609 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the place and stead of
Harold Duncan.
That Lester Hemaker, 5909 B. Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, be and he is
hereby appointed as A Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 609 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the place and stead of Falter P. Lamb.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
