ORDINANCE NO. 11,042
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANbAbq AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 4 -B - NE corner of Booker and W. Capitol Avenue,
being lot seven (7)9 block four (4), Boones" Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to
"C" Two- family District.
Tract No. 4 -C- 3204 -3206 Fair Park Boulevard, being the east
one - hundred and fifty (150) feet of the north one half of block
two (2), Toska Leymer Addition, the same being lot "A ", block
two (2), Toska Leymer Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 4 -D - +500 -1502 -1504 East 2nd Street, being lots
three (3), four (4), and five (5), block "A ", Fletcher and
Clarks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"C" Two - family District and "F" Commercial District to "I"
Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 4 -E - 3619 West Roosevelt Road, being lots three
(3), four (4)9 and five (5), block twelve (12), Dickinson
Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "F"
Commercial District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 4 -F - That portion of lots three (3)0 four (4),
five (5), and six (6)9 block twenty -two (22), lying on the
east side of the Third Bridge Expressway, Masonic Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C " Two- family
District to "F" Commercial District.

Tract No. 4 -G - 1519 -1523 E. 3rd Street and 1522 E. 4th Street,
being lots five (5), six (6), and seven (7), block one (1),
Garland's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"C" Two - family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the sap referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
