AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following prop-
erties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 5 -A - NW corner of East 15th Street and McGowan Street, being
lots five (5) and six (6), block twenty -one (21).Masonic Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District to
"D" Apartment District.
Tract No. 5 -B - 3212 Monroe Street, being lot three (3), block twenty-
nine (29). C. 0. Brack•s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "B" Residence District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 5 -C - Generally being that area within the Livestock Area
Project, more particularly described as follows:
a. The north six hundred and sixty (660) feet of lot two hundred and
thirteen (213) of the Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "J" Light Industrial
District.
b. Lots one hundred and ninety (190) and the south fifty (50) feet of
lot one hundred and ninety -one (191) of the Replat No. 1, Adams Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "I" Light Industrial
District to "F" Commercial District.
c. The north one hundred (100) feet of lot one hundred and ninety -one
(191) of Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "H" Business District to "F" Commercial District.
d. The south seventy -five ( 75) feet of lot one hundred and forty-
four (144), and the south one hundred (100) feet of lot one hundred
and forty -six (140) of Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial
District.
e. Lot sixty -three (63) of Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District to "B"
Residence District.

f. Lot thirty (30) of Replat No* 1, Adams Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District to "B" Residence
District.
g. The west one hundred (100) feet of lot thirty -nine (39) of Replat
No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "F"
Commercial District to "B" Residence District.
h. Lot two - hundred and eighteen (218) of Replat No. 1, Adams Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to
"J" Light Industrial District.
i. Lots fourteen (14) and fifteen (15), block thirty (30), Adams
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas from "I" Light Industrial
District to "B" Residence District.
j. Lot seventeen (17), block four (4), Adams Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial
District.
k. Lots fourteen (14), fifteen (15), and sixteen (16), block four (4),
Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "H"
Business District to "F" Commercial District.
1. Lot thirteen (13), block four (4), Adams Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "H" Business District to "B" Residence
District.
m. Lot four (4) of Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and lot nineteen (19) and lot twenty (20), block
eight (8) of Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
n. Lot eight (8), block thirty (30) and the north eleven (11) feet
of lot nine (9), block thirty (30); and lot fifteen (15), lot fourteen
(14), block twenty -nine (29), and the north 16.2 feet of lot thirteen
(13), block twenty -nine (29), Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock
Arkansas, from "F" Commercial District to "B" Residence District.
o. Lots seventy -one (71), seventy -two (72), and seventy -three (73),
Replat No. 1, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
