AN ORDINANCE PLACING CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES UNDER CIVIL
SERVICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In addition to those positions already designated
as subject to Civil Service, the following classifications of employ-
meet with the City of Little Rock shall be added:
Assistant Milk and Meat Control Inspector
Health and Housing Inspector
SECTION 2. The classifications hereby made subject to the
Civil Service shall enjoy all of the benefits thereof and shall be
subject to all the pertinent rules and regulations set forth according
to law by the Civil Service Board.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
