AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 4 OF ORDINANCE NO.
11,055, WHICH ORDINANCE AUTHORIZES 14ETROPUN TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE AERIAL MAPPING OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, BY PROVIDING THAT MONEYS DUE ACCORDING
TO SAID CONTRACT SHALL BE PAID FROM MONEYS ALREADY AP-
PROPRIATED TO PROJECT 7, STREET CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT CR DA INED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,, ARKA NSA S :
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 11,055, which Ordinance
authorizes Metroplan to enter into an agreement for the Aerial
Mapping of the City of Little Rock, is hereby amended in its entirety
to read as follows:
"Section 3. All moneys paid under the Agreement set
forth in Section 2 hereof shall be paid from the Street
Construction Fund, Project 7."
SECTION 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 11,055 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 4. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to pay from time to
time such moneys as may be necessary pursuant to the
Contract set forth in Section 2 hereof."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
