SECTION 2, All persons holding the position of Detective-
Sergeant on the effective date of this ordinance shall continue to
hold the position subject to all rules and regulations promulgated
by ordinances and regulations of the City of Little Rock and the
Civil Service Commission of the City of Little Rock, and shall be
identified as Detective - Sergeant notwithstanding the passage of this
ordinance. All future promotions to the position identified in
Section 1 hereof shall carry the title of Detective as set forth in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
