AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND AND N0 1100
DOLLARS ($5,000.00) TO.PROJECT 4 OF THE STREET CONSTRUCTION
FUND PROVIDED FOR BY ORDINANCE NO. 10,921; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. An additional sum of Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from unappropriated surplus in Street
Funds to Project 4 of the Street Construction Fund provided for by
Ordinance No. 10,921.
SECTION 2. This additional sma of money is needed to provide for
extra costs in connection with change orders issued pursuant to provisions
of the contract for the construction of said Project.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to pay out such portions of the above appropriated amount as
may be required from time to time to complete payment and expense on said
project.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
