AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as iiadicatede
Tract No. 6-A,- 2309 Vance Street, being lot three (3), block thirty-
three (33), Braggs Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, from "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 6 -B - Southwest corner of Lee Street and University Avenue,
being part of the northeast one - quarter, northeast one - quarter,
beginning twenty (20) feet west and twenty (20) feet south of the
northeast corner of same, thence west one hundred and forty -five (145)
feet, thence south one hundred sixty -four and eighty -seven hundreths
(164.87) feet, thence east one - :hundred and forty -five (145) feet,
thence north one hundred sixty -four and eighty -seven hundreths (164:87)
feet to the beginning, all in Section 1, Township One North, Range
Thirteen West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District
to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 6 -C - 2815 Pulaski Street, being part of the West Half (Wj)
of lot 10 Alex Robertson's Subdivision of a part of the Northwest
Quarter (NWJ) Southwest Quarter (SW}) Northwest Quarter (NW0 of
Section Fifteen (15); Township One (1) North; Range Twelve (12) West,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as recorded in Deed Record Book
Number 5; at Page 347, more particularly described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point on the North Line of said Lot 1 which point is 16 feet
East of the Southeast corner of Block 24, of Braddocks Boulevard
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and 16 feet East of the
Southwest corner of Crawfords Addition to tho City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; run thence East along the North Line df said Lot 1 a
distance of 154.3 feet to iron pin; run thence Southeasterly along
Swaggerty Branch 62 feet to a point; thence West and parallel to the
North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 157.0 feet to a point 16 feet,.

parallel to the East line of Bowman's Addition a distance of 62
feet to the point of beginning, from "B" Residence District to "C"
Two - family District.
Tract No. 6 -D - 5110 through 5408 West Markham Street, described as
lot seven (7) and the east thirty (30) feet of lot eight (8), block
ten (10), Pfeifers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"C" Two - family District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional
District; lots eleven (11) through twenty (.20), block nine (9),
Pfeifers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B"
Residence District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional Disttictl
lots Eleven (11) through sixteen (16), block seven (7), Pfeifers
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence
District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 6 -E - 1317 - 1311 - 1309 Lincoln Avenue, being lots five (5)
and seven (7), block three hundred and fifty -nine (359), from "D"
Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District;
lot six (6), block three hundred and fifty -nine (359), from "K"
Heavy Industrial District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional
District, all in Weeks Subdivision,
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
