AN ORDINANCE CHAMIRG THE NAMES OF
CERTAIN STREETS IN BROOKFIELD SUB-
DIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Rector - Phillips- Morse, Inc., the owner of the
majority of the property located in Brookfield Subdivision,- feels
that it will be beneficial to the sale of the lots in the Sub-
division to change the name of Edge Brook Drive to Serenity Drive
and to change the name of Serenity Cove to Westbrook Cove; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the name of the street in Brookfield Sub-
Division, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now
known as Edge Brook Drive, be and it is hereby changed to "Serenity
Drive."
SECTION 2. That the name of the street in Brookfield Sub-
division, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now
known as Serenity Cove, be and it is hereby changed to "Westbrook
Cove."
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
Passed: September 19 , 1960.
