AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE NAME OF A
STREET IN SECTION 33t T -2 -Nt R -12 -Wt
PULASKI COUNTY$ LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Little Rock Municipal Water Works and the
Diocese of Little Rock have dedicated the properties described
below= and,
WHEAREASs this dedication has been accepted by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rockt Arkansas; nowt therefore$
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rocks Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the name of the street more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the Southwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33s run
on a bearing of North 89 degrees, 44 minutes East, along the south
line of the North One -half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
33, a distance of 777.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence
North 24 degrees, 44 minutes East, a distance of 181.1 feet to a
point; thence South 52 degreess 59 minutes East along the South
Right -of -Way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroads
a distance of 61.4 feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 44 minutes
westt a distance of 247.3 feet to a point; thence Westerly along
the North Right -of -Way line of Arkansas Highway No. 10 (60 -foot right-
of -way), a distance of 61.7 feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees,
44 minutes East, a distance of 93.8 feet to the point of beginning,
being an area.of 0.360 acres, be and is hereby designated as
Jessie Road;
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force after its passage.
