AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 10 -A 1806 -1810 Main Street, described as lots ten (10)
and eleven (11), block four hundred twenty -five (425), Duval Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment District to "F"
Commercial District.
Tract No. 10 -B 6405 West Markham Street, described as part of the
north half of the northwest one- quarter of the southeast one - quarter of
the northeast one - quarter (N2 NW4f SE4, NE), Section One (1) , Township One(1)
North, Range Thirteen (13) West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point thirty (30) feet south of the northwest corner of
said NWg SE4 NE4f running thence east two hundred twenty -four feet (2249
along the south boundary of West Markham Street to a point; thence south
three hundred feet (3009 thence west two hundred twenty -four feet (224');
thence north three hundred feet (300') to the point of beginning, from "A"
One - family District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 10 -C An area generally lying north and south of Asher
Avenue between Fair Park Boulevard and Brown Street, more particularly

scribed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North right -
of -way line of Asher Avenue and the southwest right -of -way of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad spur, thence southwesterly along the north right -of -way
line of Asher Avenue two hundred sixty -seven and two - thirds (267 2/3) feet,
thence north two hundred three (203) feet to the southwest right -of -way
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad spur; thence southeasterly along the

respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
